Below is a list of the most commonly requested features that we offer at BB Graphics. All of these feature can be added as a plug-in module to a content management system or e-commerce website. Many can be integrated into a static website as a stand-alone application or as a web 2.0 widget. You can view a short description of each feature by clicking on it's title.

Additional Design Concepts

BB Graphics provides up to (3) design choices when creating a new website or providing redesign services. An additional artist rendering (design proof) can be included to the project for the client to choose a final template design from. Top of Page

Banner Management

This utility is used to increase advertising revenue by allowing you to rotate multiple banner ads across your website. Pay-Per-Click plans can be established with banner advertisers by rotating their ads within your website. This system may also be used to monitor the success of internal site advertising through the administrative control panel interface. Top of Page

Project Bid Request Interface

Designed primarily for the construction industry, this custom feature allows registered users of your website to view and request a bid for available projects. Results will be e-mailed to a designated account. Top of Page

Blog System

This feature enables community members to create their very own online blogs within your website. It provides support for fully formatted WYSIWYG posts, attachments, integrated comments and more. Websites that are focused on blogging as a core feature are often developed using software specifically designed around that function. Top of Page

CAPTCHA

A common type of challenge-response test that can be integrated into web forms to avert spam message generation. Top of Page

Catalog Flipbook

Integrates your existing catalog into a dynamic page-turning flash object for predictable cross-browser compatibility and user interaction. Top of Page

Company Directory

This feature will help administrators easily maintain a list of companies within the organization which will be displayed on the website. Top of Page

Contact Form

This form is designed to add a layer of security and control to web user interaction. Messages sent through the website can be managed separate from personal messages since they are sent to a dedicated account and forwarded to the appropriate parties automatically. Top of Page

Content Article System

This core feature is used to manage article-based content on the website. Content displayed as an article can be categorized by topic, arranged in ascending or descending order by specific criteria such as date published, author's name, title, or other attributes. Articles also have options for automatic publishing and/or expiration based on a later date. Examples of usage would include news articles, press releases, client testimonials, blogs, etc. Top of Page

Content Slider

Organizes otherwise large blocks of page content into interactive "sliding" content. This offers visual appeal and lends a hand to usability. Top of Page

Custom Web Form

Web forms are used to collect and process all sorts of information. A custom form can be created for your specific needs. The information collected in that form can be emailed direclty to you, stored in a database, or processed using a variety of methods. Donation Form

This form interfaces with the PayPal payment gateway to allow visitors to donate online. For the visitor's privacy and security, all other fields will be available on the PayPal page. Top of Page

File Upload Manager

This custom feature allows registered users to upload files to your website. File access can be limited to registered users. Top of Page

Event Calendar

Display event dates and details based on category and date range. Top of Page

Flash Header Design

A Flash header is an animated, often times interactive, banner that replaces what would otherwise be a static image at the top of your website. This adds to visual presentation. Top of Page

Front-End User Management

This feature integrates into other modules requiring secure front-end access to website content. Front-end user management allows you to allow and disallow content to only be viewable depending on the group that a user's account belongs to. Examples of usage would include file uploads, subscription services, and event registration. Top of Page

Google Business Listing

Relevant Google searches will reveal your location at the top of the search results page in a Google Map. Users can then get automated directions to your facility and look up other pertinant information about your business. Top of Page

Google Maps API

The Google Maps API lets you embed Google Maps in your own web pages with JavaScript. The API provides a number of utilities for manipulating maps (just like on the Google Maps web page) and adding content to the map through a variety of services, allowing you to create robust maps applications on your website. Additional Website Templates

To add a completely new look and feel to sections of the website, BB Graphics can create multiple templates for a single website. Each additional template can have it's own unique design and page layout. Top of Page

Interactive Map

Integrated Google map with driving directions using Google's API. Top of Page

Mailing List Registration

This form allows users to subscribe to newsletters as desired and also gives them the ability to manage their current subscriptions. Email newsletter recipients are stored in a list in a database and can be managed and viewed via the administrator panel of a content management system. Top of Page

Multiple Languages

This feature adds multi-language support to the website. This website will be configured to support both French and English versions of content. (The client must assume responsibility for the accuracy of any non-English content provided.) Top of Page

Newsletter Manager

A comprehensive solution for email marketing campaigns, list management and strategic reporting for employees, clients, and sales leads. This module is often tied directly to a Mailing List Registration Form on the front-end of a website. Top of Page

Photo Gallery

Integrated web application allowing the site administrator to categorize and publish images for visitors to view. Top of Page

Product Catalog

Manage your electronic catalog from within your website. Product images, descriptions, prices, and any other attributes can be centrally maintained with this feature. Top of Page

Rich Media Content

Page content presented as Adobe^® Flash^® linear and/or non-linear content. Examples include motion graphics, video, and audio. Top of Page

Rich Media Home Page

Adobe^® Flash^® is used to deliver a unique and engaging interactive presentation to visitors on the home page of your website. Examples include audio, video and other visual effects. Top of Page

Syndicated Content

Allows users to subscribe to syndicated content such as news articles, press releases, event listings, and blogs from the website. Top of Page

Search Module

Provide visitors the ability to search the contents of your website. Special search bars can be configured to search specific areas of the website. Examples of areas you may want limited search bar usage would include a TOC, blog, forum or product catalog. Top of Page

Self Registration

This feature allows front-end users to register themselves, and provides administrators with the ability to managage the registration process. Registered users can be sorted into various groups that can each have different levels of access. This module is directly tied to the Front-End User Management module. Top of Page

Shopping Cart

Items that have been selected for purchase are listed in the shopping cart interface. Registered front-end users can then login to check-out their items and submit them for processing (does not include a payment gateway). This module is tied directly to the Front-End User Management module. Top of Page

Sidebar Content

This dynamic feature will rotate content in a fixed block on each page as visitors navigate through the website. It's purpose is to draw attention to less obvious sections or features within your website. Examples of content to be rotated would include user poll, FAQs, testimonials, product sales, announcements, news article, videos, etc. Top of Page

Streaming Audio Player

A custom Flash application that plays podcasts and other audio sources through a web page. Top of Page

User Comments

This feature enables community members to leave feedback or comments within specified sections of the website. Top of Page

Visitor Survey

This system will gather volunteered information from site visitors through a series of questions in an online form. It will send results to the site owner upon submittal. Top of Page

Web Videos

Videos on the web are served to the user via Flash and can be an informative and entertaining method of presenting information. Flash videos can be converted from any video source you provide.
