Most of the websites created at BB Graphics are custom designed content management systems (CMS). For a number of years now, our whole approach to web projects has revolved around this service as it's become quite a specialty of ours. We've found this to be an ideal solution for most of our client's needs.The typical budget for a small to mid-size custom business CMS tends to fall anywhere between $1,800 and $6,000 depending on the feature requirements of the website. We always base our prices on the estimated amount of time required to complete a project. At $80 per hour, we're the most affordable professional design and marketing firm in the area. We're very proud of the work we do, and so are our clients.
A new, custom designed, content managed website starting at $1,800 is a real bargain when you consider all the standard features we throw in at no extra cost:
- We include up to 6 free stock photos for use as design elements as necessary.
- We build custom features into your CMS for adding unique titles, decriptions, and keywords on each page, which are all critical elements for search engine optimization.
- We make sure that every custom website starts out as a W3C standards compliant design to ensure maximum potential for search engine indexing.
- We check every new website for cross-browser compatability so that it will support all major browsers in use today.
- We setup website traffic monitoring tools for tracking your website's marketing effectiveness using Google Analytics, StatCounter, and AWStats.
- We setup e-mail accounts using your domain name hosted through Google Apps Standard Edition.
- We include a CAPTCHA in all contact forms we create to circumvent unwanted spam messages generated from your website.
A Glimpse of Things to Come
Many customers are still looking for $500 websites even though the recession is (technically) over. In the past, we've had no choice but to turn these customers away. We just weren't able to develop websites at those prices without seriously sacrificing the quality of our product. Very soon, BB Graphics will be announcing the launch of a new product that will allow us to offer solid websites at dramatically lower prices.
This new system works off of a template engine with 500+ available design choices to start from. More templates will become available as time goes on. The process for creating these websites is broken down into 5 simple steps:
- Start - Select the type of site you would like to create
- Design - Select the design for your site
- Pages - Create and edit the structure of your site
- Edit - Create and edit the content of your site
- Publish - Publish your site to the server
